  • Why don't the videos play on my computer?
    Our videos are all encoded in Flash Video. If you are having trouble viewing the videos, please go here and download the latest version of the flash video player (this a free download).
  • What screen resolution do i need?
    The site was designed primarily for a screen resolution of 800x600 or better, but will function in other resolutions. If you are using Windows, please go to Control Panel/Display and choose 'settings'. Make sure your resolution is set to at least 800x600 and your color depth to at least 65536 colors.
  • Which browser should I use?
    Our sites are compatible with all graphical browsers, some of our features are browser dependent. This is due to the use of advanced Java technology which is not in some versions of the AOL browser, WebTV or early versions of Internet Explorer. You can obtain the latest Netscape browser or Internet Explorer browser for free. These browsers will allow you to view all our video offerings.
